Adorwood currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States. Shipping availability is confirmed at checkout based on the delivery address.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping to eligible U.S. destinations unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery

Our standard shipping option currently has an estimated delivery window of 3–7 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow some time for the carrier to update the tracking status after the label is created.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at info@adorwood.com.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or you believe your package may be lost, please contact us at info@adorwood.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment and help determine the appropriate next step.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the product and its packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
