Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Adorwood purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, uninstalled, and returned with its original packaging and components.

Because our products are handcrafted from real wood, natural variations in grain, knots, texture, and color are part of the character of the material and are not considered defects.

How to Start a Return

Please contact us before sending your item back. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other reasons not related to a product defect or shipping error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with photos of the product and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, Adorwood will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, a replacement product, or a return at no additional shipping cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear.

Items returned damaged, installed, altered, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund.

Custom Orders

Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the agreed specifications.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
