Our Story
From real pine to the finished piece, every Adorwood mantel and shelf is shaped, textured, and finished by hand.
Our Story
We Let the Wood Lead.
Adorwood pieces begin with real pine, not a perfectly uniform surface. We work with the grain, knots, tonal shifts, and natural marks already present in the wood, then wire-brush and finish each piece by hand to bring those details forward.
The goal is not to make every piece identical. It is to make each one feel intentional, substantial, and carefully finished.
THE PROCESS
Real Pine. Worked by Hand.
Each piece is wire-brushed to bring the grain forward, then refined and finished by hand. Corners are carefully constructed for a clean, continuous appearance, while the lighter hollow-beam construction keeps the mantel practical to handle and install.
How We Make It
Our process is built around the material itself. Real pine, hand-worked surfaces, and construction details designed to look substantial without unnecessary weight.
From Our Workshop to Your Home
Each Adorwood piece is produced in our woodworking facility in Türkiye, where the wood is cut, textured, assembled, and finished by hand. Finished products are then prepared for shipment to the United States, where they are stocked and sent to customers from Connecticut.
Keeping production and finishing under one roof helps us maintain consistency across every size, finish, and detail.
